Ingredients:

1/4 cup

brown rice syrup
1/2 cup

coconut oil
1/2 cup

peanut butter

salt
1/2 cup

unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon

vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In large bowl, blender, or food processor, mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  2. Add the cocoa powder and salt and stir until mixed well.

  3. Pour mixture into a small container lined with parchment paper. I used a 6x9 inch glass casserole dish.

  4. Spread into an even layer and refrigerate or freeze for at least an hour before serving.

  5. Cut into small squares and serve. Store leftovers (if any) in the fridge.
