full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons

maple syrup
1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon

ground cloves
1 pinch

1/3 cup

chia seeds
1 slices



  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk molasses, maple syrup and spices (cinnamon through salt).

  2. Add in the chia seeds and whisk again.

  3. Pour into individual cups or leave in bowl.Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Serve in the morning with pecans, banana slices and additional molasses if you wish.
