Ingredients:

2 cups

rolled oats
1 cup

cashew butter
2 T

maple syrup
2

bananas
1/3 cup

vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 35

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Then add in the cashew butter, maple syrup and rolled oats. Stir to combine. Lastly, fold in the white chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

  4. Let cookies cool before storing in an airtight container.
