Ingredients:

2 cups

blueberries
1/3 cup

canola oil
1 - 1/2 tsp

cinnamon
1 tbsp

ginger
1/2

juice of lemon
1/2 cup

light brown sugar
3

mangoes
1/3 cup

maple syrup
1 - 1/2 cups

old fashioned rolled oats
3/4 tsp

salt
1 pinch

salt
2 tbsp

sugar
1/2 cup

wheat germ
2 tbsp

white flour

Instructions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350.In a large bowl combine mango, blueberries, lemon juice, and ginger.  Sprinkle in sugar and flour and lightly toss everything together.  Pile fruit mixture into a 9x9 glass Pyrex dish.In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the topping and spread over the mango-blueberry mixture.Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes.  Enjoy!!
