Spicy Beef Salad is :

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lime juice, soy sauce, molasses, jalapeno, garlic and ginger; stir into beef. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
On a large platter, layer salad greens, tomato, beef mixture and onions.
Garnish with jalapeno and lime slices if desired.

Salad works really well with Chardonnay, Gruener Veltliner, and Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner both have herby notes that complement salads with enough acid to match tart vinaigrettes, while a Chardonnay can be a good pick for creamy salad dressings.
