Ingredients:

31 ounce

canned chickpeas
2 tablespoons

canola oil
1

garlic clove
1 teaspoon

ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon

ground pepper
3/4 teaspoon

kosher salt

onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 30

  2. Wrap chickpeas in a towel; lightly roll to loosen skins. Discard skins.

  3. Combine chickpeas and remaining ingredients. Arrange on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 40 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
