Healthy Homemade Chocolate Teddy Grahams is :

gluten free flour
unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 350F, and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Make a well in the center.
Pour in the maple syrup, water, and coconut oil (in that order). Stir until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated. (It will take some extra effort at the end!)
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured silicone baking mat, and roll it to be 1/16 thick with a silicone rolling pin. Carefully cut out teddy bear shapes with a miniature bear cookie cutter.
Transfer the cut-outs to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the teddy grahams at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until crunchy. Cool completely to room temperature on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
