Ingredients:

1 cup

cherry tomatoes
1 cup

jicama
1

mango
1/2

pineapple
4 cups

salad greens
1/4 cup

vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat. Grill fruit 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.

  2. Cut grilled fruit into 2-inch sticks; place in large salad bowl.

  3. Add greens, jicama and tomatoes; toss lightly.

  4. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
