Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Brown Sugar Syrup is :

Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits from the centers.Grill cut side down over medium heat until soft, approximately 5-8 minutes depending on ripeness.
Remove from the heat and immediately slice into wedges. Toss with brown sugar, vanilla and lemon juice while still hot.
Serve warm as a side dish or over ice cream as a dessert.
