Ingredients:

2 cups

broccoli florets
3 cups

cauliflowerets
3/4 cup

celery
2 cups

fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup

green pepper
1 teaspoons

ground mustard
2 tablespoons

onion
1 tablespoon

poppy seeds
1 teaspoons

salt
1/2 cup

sugar
1/2 cup

vegetable oil
1/4 cup

white vinegar

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, celery and green pepper. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix well.

  2. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
