gluten-free macaroni
3 tablespoons

lemon juice
6 tablespoons

nutritional yeast
1 cup

raw cashews
1 teaspoon

red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon

salt and pepper
6 servings



  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions

  2. Drain cashews then blend with the rest of ingredients (except pasta).Start blending on low then increase speed until it becomes a smooth sauce

  3. Add a few tablespoons of water to thin sauce out as it blends (if desired)

  4. Add sauce to prepared pasta then serve immediately
