Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper
15 - 1/2 ounce

canned chickpeas
3 tablespoons

creamy peanut butter

english cucumber
1

garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon

ground cumin

kosher salt
3 tablespoons

lemon juice
1 tablespoon

olive oil
7 tablespoons

water

Instructions:

  1. Place peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 20 seconds.

  2. Combine peanut butter and next 7 ingredients (through garlic) in a food processor. With food processor running, slowly drizzle in water; process until smooth.

  3. Serve with cucumber.
