Ingredients:

165 g

oats
60 g

unsweetened shredded coconut
25 g

cocoa powder
50 g

chia seeds
1/2 tsp

pink himalayan salt
75 g

peanut butter
50 g

coconut oil
80 g

maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl in the microwave or on the stovetop in a small saucepan.

  2. Whisk so its well combined.

  3. Add the wet mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix to combine.Line a square baking pan with parchment paper then add the mixture.Press down firmly and thoroughly.

  4. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.Lift and cut into 10 bars.
