Cucumber Salad is :
caveman , gluten free , dairy free , lacto ovo vegetarian , primal , veganBy Gluten Free Recipe Box
green bell pepper
red bell pepper
Salt & Pepper
white distilled vinegar
Toss together in a large bowl the cucumbers, bell peppers, cilantro, onion, and garlic.
Pour the oil and vinegar over the top and season with lots of salt and pepper and the stevia. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.If desired, add avocado just prior to serving and toss.
Serve using a slotted spoon as much water drains out of the cucumbers.
