Ingredients:

canned black beans
15 oz

canned chickpeas
15 oz

canned corn
15 oz

canned tomatoes
1/4 cup

fresh cilantro

green bell pepper

green chiles

juice of lime
1/4 cup

olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients (minus avocado) in a large bowl.

  2. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with avocado slices just before serving.

Salad works really well with Chardonnay, Gruener Veltliner, and Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc and Gruner Veltliner both have herby notes that complement salads with enough acid to match tart vinaigrettes, while a Chardonnay can be a good pick for creamy salad dressings.
