Instructions:

  1. Layer the following on each of four serving plates: Slices from one tomato, a few grape or cherry tomatoes, slices from 1/2 of an avocado, a few red onion slices, 1/4 of the basil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and salt/pepper.
