Ingredients:

2 ribs

celery
1 head

fennel

ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon

kosher salt
2 tablespoon

lemon juice
2 cups

mixed greens
1/4 cup

olive oil
1/4 cup

parsley
1/2 cup

red onion

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and shake to combine.Toss ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Add half of the vinaigrette, toss and taste. If needed add more vinaigrette to your desired taste.
