Ingredients:

butternut squash
1 tbsp

peanut
some

salt
1 tsp

sriracha

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Whisk together oil and sriracha in a large bowl.

  3. Transfer butternut squash fries to bowl and toss to coat. (It??s messy, but use your hands??it works best!)

  4. Pour fries onto a rimmed baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then carefully flip fries over using tongs or a spatula. Sprinkle with additional salt and bake for 20 minutes more or until tender and browned on edges.
