Ingredients:

3/4 cup

carrot
1 tablespoon

fresh ginger
1/4 cup

rice vinegar

salt
2 teaspoons

sesame oil

soybeans
1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil.

  2. Add soybeans and carrot; mix well.

  3. Add salt to taste.
