Southwestern Inspired Red Robin Veggie Burger is :

Slice yellow peppers and red onions on cutting pepper.
Pour about a tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for about 8-10 min on each side, browning on each side.
Add peppers and onion to skillet, sauteeing slightly. When vegetables and burger have reached desired look, turn off heat.
Spread guacamole on hamburger buns and layer soybean patty, bell pepper and onions on top.
Serve and enjoy.

Burger can be paired with Malbec, Merlot, and Zinfandel. Merlot will be perfectly adequate for a classic burger with standard toppings. Bolder toppings call for bolder wines, such as a malbec or peppery zinfandel.
