Ingredients:

1/3 cup

creamy peanut butter

cucumber
3/4 tsp

curry powder
1 Tbs

garlic
1/2 cup

green onions
1/3 cup

mango chutney
1 Tbs

olive oil

red cabbage
8 oz

seitan

Instructions:

  1. To make Dressing: Blend chutney, peanut butter, and 1/3 cup water in blender until smooth. Set aside.

  • sauvignon blanc
