  1. Peel and slice avocado. Squeeze lime juice over cut avocado so prevent them from turning brown. Microwave edamame until hot and soft. For 2 dinner salads, layer half salad greens, avocado, edamame, nutritional yeast, flax seed and almonds in each salad bowl. Top with 2 T salad dressing of your choice.
